Dr. Laurie Singh
Dr. Laurie Singh is proud to offer exceptional dental care for the community at our state-of-the-art clinic that has served the area for almost 20 years. She is passionate about connecting with her patients and giving them everything they need to maintain optimal oral health. She looks forward to providing new and returning patients at Adirondack Dental Group with the highest quality care with a compassionate touch for years to come. Why Did You Become a Dentist?
Dr. Singh started her dental career by working as a hygienist for 10 years. During that time, she always enjoyed watching the dentist and seeing them help people by getting them out of pain or changing their smiles. She also liked the creativity that is an essential part of the profession. So, for her, the decision to go to dental school was an easy one!
Where Did You Study Dentistry?
Dr. Singh earned her dental degree in 1999 from the University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. After graduating, she went on to complete a residency at the Albany Stratton VA Medical Center, and this was followed by an oral surgery externship at Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo.
She continues to refine and expand her skillset by taking advanced education courses and has exceptional experience in cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, dental implants, CEREC one-day crowns, and ClearCorrect. Dr. Singh also stays active in her field as a proud member of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, and SPEAR Education.
Outside the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?
Dr. Singh and her husband (a fellow dentist) have been married for over 20 years, and they have two boys. When she isn’t taking care of patients or hanging out with family, she likes to read, cook, and spend time in the Adirondacks (preferably skiing).
