COVID-19 Update

Our Commitment to Our Patients and Staff:

In these unprecedented times, we find strength in our community and in the infection control practices that have been proven to keep our staff and our family of patients safe.

Since the emergence of COVID-19, we have tried to think of every possible way to make your next visit as safe as possible. We have elevated our infection control standards and safety protocols well above and beyond recommendations from the Center for Disease Control and the American Dental Association.

Above all, know that we care about you, your health, the health of our staff and our community.

Here are our commitments:

Daily Health Checks & Screening

No-contact temperature checks and daily screening for all patients and employees prior to entering practice

“Virtual” Waiting Room

Now, you can check-in from your car and go directly to your treatment room.

Sequenced Patient Scheduling

Plain and simple, we are not seeing as many patients. We are allocating more time between visits for coming, going and cleaning.

HEPA Air Filtration

Our air has never been cleaner. We have added HEPA-grade stand-alone air cleaners in each operatory.

Clear Barrier Installations

Hard plastic guards have been placed strategically throughout the practice- and are cleaned regularly-to help block the movement of airborne particles

Additional Masks and Face shields

The beautiful smiles of our clinical team - dentists, hygienists, and assistants-will be protected behind double-masking (N95 in addition to surgical masks) at all times.

High Speed Evacuation & Extra Oral Suction

Whenever possible, we will activate new high speed evacuation and extra oral suction equipment to minimize aerosol contamination and improve air quality.

Hospital Grade Disinfection Procedures

We are cleaning and sanitizing in a similar way as hospitals, keep a look out for our new disinfecting “foggers” we will be using after each patient visit to sterilize operatories and hallways.

Disposable Pens

Yes, we have gone that far! Single use pens further limit potential spread of germs in our practice.

While our practice and team members will look a little different the next time you visit, one thing that won’t change is our commitment to providing exceptional care in a comfortable setting. As always, we welcome the opportunity to answer any of your questions and to address all concerns.

We are in this together, and now more than ever don’t underestimate the power of a healthy and beautiful smile!

Please call us today to book your next cleaning. We are here to help! 518-371-4131
